Nicole offers one to one training sessions for full personal attention and small group sessions from 2-5 persons for any of the programs she teaches. All sessions are tailor made for the individual or group according to your specific needs and goals.

All sessions are 1.5 hours and cost Euro125 per session.
Payment may be made individually or costs split between up to 5 persons.
10 sessions purchased will offer one session free of charge.

Individual Elemental Yoga Therapy

For those looking to go a little deeper into their own self development and personal growth, Nicole also offers Elemental yoga Therapy. This natural and simple system of yoga recognises that the Elements have always been at the base of Yoga philosophy, and offers a Yoga Therapy system that enables you to create energetic medicine from Yoga practices, ideal for modern daily life. We are all created uniquely and therefore we each have our own imbalances, which require individual and personal attention. Yoga can become our own inner medicine, when we know how to listen to what the body is asking for.

  • Yoga
    Yoga group classes of 5 or more persons are also offered and the type of yoga taught in larger classes is generally tailored to develop a better yin/yang balance and harmony for the attending participants. In general, students are encouraged to detach from the comfort of constantly doing what they find easy, and dare to dive into the areas of their persona that are not quite so familiar to them! All with a soft smile, and in good in humour of course,  we develop a better awareness and greater focus on strengthening weaknesses, and softening strengths – this is applicable in both the physical and mind aspects of the practice on the mat.

    Nicole has been teaching bodyART for the past 10 years and has been working as part of the bodyART team in Zurich and around Europe educating new teachers, developing new concepts, and delivering this incredible program to students around the world.
    BodyART™ by Robert Steinbacher, is an intense, functional, whole body workout which combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing. Based on the principles of Yin and Yang and the 5 elements, BodyART™ training creates a dynamic between activity and passivity, tension and releasing. It targets and balances the required components in each individual providing a tough but energising physical training experience. Explore the art of movement!

    Indoor Cycling
    Nicole has been teaching Indoor Cycling for the past 15 years, and is Tomahawk, Schwinn, Spinning and Les Mills RPM certified. This incredible calorie burning, non impact, high end endurance or interval training program to music on a static bike is a fabulous alternative to a night out at a club!     Les Mills Body Pump and Barbell Training
    Nicole is a certified Les Mills Body Pump and Iron Systems trainer and has been teaching these great Barbell workouts for over 15 years. Previously a presenter for Les Mills programs, she has offered over 5,000 Body Pump classes in the past years to a huge International audience

  • Nicoles early connection to horses for over 20 years, included many years of competing, training and schooling horses in all fields of equitation, in England and Luxembourg. Her latest concept, “Yoga 4 Horse Riders”, riding experts and yoga practitioners are brought together learning to subtley merge these two ancient disciplines, to assist in simply learning to ride, overcoming fears of horses, or for experienced or competition riders, polishing to perfection their current connection with their horse to find a greater ease and effortlessness whilst riding.

    Yoga classes are specifically and carefully tailored to address the needs of the horse rider. Basic and simple stretching of muscles, to open hips, chest and shoulders to deepen the seat of the rider. Gentle twisting exercises to release tension in the back and neck area, are harmoniously balanced with strengthening movements for the centre of the body, improving stability, posture and allowing the body to move independently.

    Participants discover how to develop a greater awareness and connection to their mind and body and how to use their breath to calm anxiety, tension and stress, before and during their riding experiences. For those with more specific issues or injuries, personal training will help to adjust mis-alignments in the physical body, relieve pain, blocks, tensions and general discomfort often initiated by riding.
    For beginners, visualisation techniques can be applied to teach a better understanding of the basics of riding, and specifically designed mind and body exercises on the yoga mat can then be transferred onto the horse. Once the student has a better awareness of their own body, mind and breath, the initial steps are in place to begin to develop a greater trust, understanding and confidence, both in themselves and the horse they are riding.

  • Nicole has created a range of Yoga classes specifically tailored to sports activities that she herself has practiced and trained over the past 20 years. Combining her own self experience and knowledge of the stress that many of these activities lead practitioners to endure, she works on the natural bio mechanics of the physical body, combined with breathing and basic meditational techniques.

    By simplifying yoga into its most common denominators, she allows students to become their own therapists, creating deeper awareness and sensitivity, preventing and curing common injuries and discomfort, and learning how to micro adjust their own mis-alignments to ensure that these sports, whether professional or recreational, are enjoyed and not endured for many years to come!
